Tolles altes Hotel, sehr guter Service

Das Hotel liegt am zentralen Platz, wo über Silvester in der gesamten Zeit unseres Aufenthalts eine sehr laute Kirmes mit Konzert stattfand. Ohne Ohrstöpsel konnte man vor 1.00 nachts nicht schlafen. Es war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Bei der nächsten Buchung würde ich mich danach erkundigen

Nice Location, Average Hotel

The location of the hotel is nice. It's close to the city center and walkable to all kinds of dining and entertainment. The hotel itself is fine. It's a historical building with colonial era decor. It's got a cool little elevator. Brunch was really good-- it came with free champagne and a nice buffet. In general, I enjoyed the food. But for the price, we had hoped for something more. This Raffles is in a country with very low operating cost and there is an abundance of affordable hotels in the same area. Since I doubt all the profit is being passed to the employees, the price we paid didn't give us value, compared to hotels down the street. There weren't any unique perks or distinctly cool vibes or anything that made this hotel *special*. I guess we're just paying for the Raffles name. But it was a perfectly fine hotel and we had a nice time.

Paradise

Everyone should stay at the Raffle once in a lifetime. The hotel is amazing and the staff is super gentle and kind. The food is perfect (and I’m Italian so I know what I am talking about). One word: magical

Classic elegance and charm

We were in Siem Reap to celebrate our son and daughter-in-law's Cambodian wedding ceremony. The Raffles was the perfect place to enjoy the time before and after the celebration. Extremely attentive and polite staff anticipated our every need. The charm of the hotel and it's "Old World" ambiance made for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, the Conservatory and the pool.

It was a family gathering that allow us to enjoy the pleasures of high end service in an old style environment.

Our room was lovely. The service was solicitous, prompt and helpful. Meals were delicious and the pool was heaven after a morning of exploration

Great stay

We extended our stay at Raffles from 2 nights to 5 nights due to visa issues getting back into Vietnam. We could not have been happier. The hotel is excellent in every way - quiet, relaxing, fabulous pool, great food and outstanding service.

Amazing service

We arrived New Year's Eve and all expectations were surpassed. The attentive and friendly staff were only topped by the hotel's attention to detail. It was not just a hotel but a destination. I will never forget New Year's Eve at Raffles Siem Reap.

An unforgettable vacation with Raffles

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the teams and the lovely people- Theary, Tha, Sambo, Mouth, Nary, Chanta, & Ms. Socheata, Mr. Vichet from 1932 and more (I wish I remember all of their names)- in Grand Hotel d'Angkor who made my stay more memorable and unforgettable. All of them are delivering a superb and extraordinary service to the guests, and I do feel a home away from home. In addition, the food quality from 1932 and Cafe d'Angkor is also nice, especially 1932 tasting menu was a highlight. Once again, thank all of you for giving me a wonderful and fun time here. I can't wait to share this trip and experiences with my family and friends. Hope to visit Siem Reap and be back to Grand Hotel d'Angkor soon.
